You can get a tax deduction equal to 50% of the expenses incurred for changing the windows and doors until December 31, 2024. This means you can save half of the total costs.

Maximum Limit:
The maximum spending limit of 60,000 euros, per housing unit.

 

Superbonus and Fixtures 90% 2023:

Also available in 2023 is the Superbonus, which offers a 90 percent tax deduction for the current year, 70 percent for those incurred in 2024, and 65 percent for those incurred in 2025. This bonus is applicable only if the replacement of windows and doors leads to an improvement of two energy classes of the building.
