On Shop.Pracal.com, retailers, window and door manufacturers and technicians can access a B2B portal designed to simplify order management and have a complete catalog of aluminum roller shutters, steel and PVC roller shutters, motors, accessories and everything related to the roller shutter system.
In this guide we explain to all our customers, step by step how to register, configure products and complete the -first- order independently.

If, on the other hand, you work in the window industry (you are a window fitter, installer, designer or retailer), read on and make your first online shutter purchase. With two new features that make it even faster: credit card payment and the instant estimator.

You'll be immediately on the homepage, where you can start exploring the product showcase and browse the different categories of the entire universe of Pracal products dedicated to Shading Systems: custom-made roller shutters, insulated roller shutters, roller shutter motors, aluminum and PVC profiles, aluminum exterior shutter boxes, shower enclosures, and more.
To sign up, click on "Register Now" top right and fill in the required information in a few seconds.
Remember: all fields with an asterisk are required. When finished, accept the terms of use and click on "Create Account."
Check your email: you will immediately receive a confirmation message with your credentials and a summary of the data you entered.

How to place an order: practical example of buying shutters online
After logging in, you can start configuring products in just a few clicks. Here is an example:
First product: buy high-density insulated aluminum shutters with aluminum end caps
Go to the High Density Aluminum Rolling Shutters section and choose, for example, the Ariel model from the Premium line, complete with aluminum finial.
Indicates:
- height and width
- cloth color
- terminal color
- any stop plugs
- product quantity
Click Add to Cart.
In a few seconds you will have placed your shutter order in the shopping cart.
You will display it as per the image below.
Second product
After adding products to your cart, the Pracal Shop suggests related items compatible with the last product you entered.
In this case, it recommends the purchase of side caps and guides.
Proceed by purchasing the GU 2817 shutter guide.
Enter the length of the rail, select the color, and confirm with Add to Cart.
Third product: motors and accessories for roller shutters
From the product category menu, always visible on the left, you can easily access all sections.
For example, if you need a motor, go to the Motors section and select a 100 Nm gearmotor.
Add the desired quantity to your shopping cart and continue browsing online.

Shopping cart and checkout
Once you have completed your product selection, go to your shopping cart, check everything you have entered, change quantities if necessary. When everything is ready, click Go to Checkout, choose shipping and payment method, shipping and payment (including credit card) accept the terms of the Privacy Policy and click Place Order.
You will receive an email confirmation with the order summary and attached documents.
